Refund policy
My monthly guarantee:
Give us a try for one period - we know you’ll need to get used to flowing with monthly period underwear and how to work them into your period care routine. We offer a one-time free exchange or refund for your first pair. If the fit, style, or performance isn’t right for you, simply reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right—no questions asked.
Domestic (US) Returns:
- We are happy to accept returns of unopened, unworn, non sale underwear within 30 days of delivery, for store credit. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds.
- Customers are able to return items within 30 days from when the order was received. After 30 days, a purchase/return is no longer eligible for a refund.
- Items must be clean, unworn, & unopened. If the items are worn/dirty, we will refuse the exchange/refund and return them back to you at your cost. monthly is not responsible for any shipping charges that may occur from a return.

International Returns
All international sales are final. Please also note monthly isn’t responsible for any custom fees that apply to any orders, lost or stolen and/or unclaimed packages. If the package is not claimed and is sent back to monthly, monthly will not refund the shipping and the customer will be charged shipping again if re-shipped. All international orders are shipped through USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL.
Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items
Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, reach out to us at hi@shopmonthly.co. Once we receive your request, we will be in contact with you to address and resolve the issue!
